
衛(wèi)育良,男,1989年12月生人,于2017年6月獲中國(guó)海洋大學(xué)水產(chǎn)動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)與飼料學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)的博士學(xué)位,現(xiàn)任中國(guó)水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院黃海水產(chǎn)研究所研究員,中國(guó)水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院“海水養(yǎng)殖動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)生理與代謝調(diào)控創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)”副首席專(zhuān)家,碩士生導(dǎo)師(中國(guó)海洋大學(xué)、上海海洋大學(xué)、大連海洋大學(xué)、青島科技大學(xué))。主要從事水產(chǎn)動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)與飼料方面的研究,先后主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金(青年基金,面上項(xiàng)目)、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃子課題、中國(guó)博士后科學(xué)基金等項(xiàng)目,作為骨干成員參與國(guó)家海水魚(yú)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)體系河鲀營(yíng)養(yǎng)需求與飼料崗位等項(xiàng)目。公開(kāi)發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文100余篇,其中以第一或通訊作者發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文29篇;授權(quán)國(guó)家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利7項(xiàng)。獲海洋科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)(2022年,排名第4位)和中國(guó)水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)(2022年,排名第4位)。榮獲中國(guó)水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院黃海水產(chǎn)研究所2020和2022年度“黃海青年人才獎(jiǎng)”,入選第五批中國(guó)水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院“百名科技英才培育計(jì)劃”及2022年度中國(guó)水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院“水科英才”培育計(jì)劃“拔尖人才”。擔(dān)任Fishes雜志專(zhuān)刊編輯,并為Aquaculture、Aquaculture Nutrition、Aquaculture Reports、水產(chǎn)學(xué)報(bào)等國(guó)內(nèi)外水產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域主要學(xué)術(shù)期刊審稿人。
