
代平,男,1987年5月生人,于2014年6月獲中國科學(xué)院海洋研究所海洋生物學(xué)博士學(xué)位,現(xiàn)為中國水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院黃海水產(chǎn)研究所副研究員。主要從事水產(chǎn)動物遺傳育種、重要性狀遺傳解析以及種質(zhì)資源開發(fā)等研究。
主持國家重點研發(fā)計劃項目子課題、國家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金、山東省自然科學(xué)基金、山東省科技型中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力提升工程等課題10項,總經(jīng)費(fèi)700余萬元;在國內(nèi)外專業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表論文40余篇,其中以第一作者或通訊作者在Genetics Selection Evolution、Aquaculture等刊物發(fā)表SCI文章12篇;授權(quán)國家發(fā)明專利18項,軟件著作權(quán)3項;獲中國水產(chǎn)學(xué)會范蠡科學(xué)技術(shù)獎等科技獎勵5項;先后獲黃海水產(chǎn)研究所“優(yōu)秀博士后”、“青年科技獎”,入選全國鄉(xiāng)村振興青年先鋒、中國水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院“百名科技英才培育計劃”。

主要研究內(nèi)容、研究方向
建立了以剩余攝食量為對蝦飼料效率指標(biāo)的遺傳評估體系以及基因組選擇平臺,解析了凡納濱對蝦飼料利用效率遺傳變異的機(jī)制,為培育高效飼料利用新品種提供了重要的理論依據(jù);評價了凡納濱對蝦在低蛋白低魚粉飼料下的選育潛力,為凡納濱對蝦耐低蛋白飼料新品種選育奠定基礎(chǔ);研制出可全程替代沙蠶等鮮活餌料的親蝦促熟和催產(chǎn)功能性人工配合飼料,切斷了特定病原通過沙蠶等生物餌料傳播的途徑。
