
常志強(qiáng),博士,研究員,碩士研究生導(dǎo)師,國家蝦蟹產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)體系工廠化養(yǎng)殖崗位科學(xué)家。
主要從事海水健康養(yǎng)殖模式和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究工作。研究成果“海水池塘多營養(yǎng)層次生態(tài)健康養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)”、“對蝦工廠化循環(huán)水高效生態(tài)養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)”被農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部遴選為農(nóng)業(yè)主推技術(shù),“‘參-蝦(蟹)-藻’多營養(yǎng)層次生態(tài)養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)”入選山東省農(nóng)業(yè)主推技術(shù),多項(xiàng)養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)在我國北方沿海地區(qū)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)化應(yīng)用和推廣,取得顯著經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會和生態(tài)效益。
先后主持國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目、“十四五”國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃“海洋農(nóng)業(yè)與淡水漁業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新”重點(diǎn)專項(xiàng)課題、中國水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院基本科研業(yè)務(wù)費(fèi)項(xiàng)目等各類課題30余項(xiàng)。發(fā)表研究論文100余篇,主編專著1部,副主編專著1部,參編4部。獲山東省科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)(第6)、中國水產(chǎn)學(xué)會范蠡科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)(第18)、中國水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)(第3)。
