男,1982年出生于江蘇徐州。2008年赴美國(guó)德州農(nóng)工大學(xué)做訪問(wèn)學(xué)者。2012年獲中國(guó)海洋大學(xué)海洋生物學(xué)博士學(xué)位,2015年獲東京海洋大學(xué)海洋科學(xué)博士學(xué)位?,F(xiàn)任職中國(guó)水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院黃海水產(chǎn)研究所副研究員,上海海洋大學(xué)碩士研究生導(dǎo)師,國(guó)際千種魚類轉(zhuǎn)錄組計(jì)劃(FISH T1K)聯(lián)盟成員,中華農(nóng)業(yè)科技獎(jiǎng)優(yōu)秀創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)和山東省泰山學(xué)者攀登計(jì)劃團(tuán)隊(duì)核心成員。主持國(guó)家十二五863子課題、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目、青年基金等項(xiàng)目6項(xiàng),研究經(jīng)費(fèi)424萬(wàn)元。發(fā)表研究論文58篇,其中被Nature Genetics,Genome Research,DNA Research等SCI 收錄44篇, 并應(yīng)邀擔(dān)任Evolution、GigaScience、PLoS One、Theriogenology等多個(gè)國(guó)際期刊審稿專家。參編專著1部,獲授權(quán)發(fā)明專利10項(xiàng),獲中國(guó)水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院首屆大漁創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng),山東省科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng),青島市科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)等獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)6項(xiàng),榮獲青島市優(yōu)秀青年崗位能手等榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。
Dr. Shao received his M.S. on marine biology in Ocean University of China in 2007 and then he worked on fish genomic analysis in Texas A&M University as a visiting scholar in 2008. In 2012, Dr. Shao received his Ph.D. on marine biology in Ocean University of China. Since 2012 to 2015, he worked Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology as a JSPS fellow for three months per year and received another Ph.D. on marine science. He is now associate professor in the Yellow Sea Fisheries Research Institute, CAFS. Dr. Shao’s research focused on fish genome sequence, genome resource development, and molecular breeding as well as fundamental issues in fish evolutionary biology. He has 58 publications including the top journals such as Nature Genetics, Genome Research et al. |
