Achievement Introduction:


This achievement was designed and constructed on the basis of hydraulics principle and the highest production capacity was up to 20 tons of fresh squid per hour.

The machine was composed of material hoist, clam shell hoist, clam meat hoist, water separation tank, separatory funnel, agitator, flushing pump, overflow bucket and water storage tank. The main technical and economic indicators: 1.Production capacity: 10-20 t/h;2.Shell in meat: < 2%;3.Meat in shell: < 3%; 4.Separation efficiency: 93.6%-95.5%; 5.Edge breakage rate: < 10%(Meeting relative requirements for exportation).This achievement not only improved the production capacity and product quality of the separator, but also reduced the production cost.
